The mobile SWELDex-pro exhausting unit is mainly suited to the extraction and filtering of welding smoke which arises during straightforward welding work.
The unit is equipped with a preliminary filter and a main filter (two stage filtration) with a separating efficiency of > 99,9 %. A lifting device provides for airtight seating of the filters.
An indicator light shows when the filter elements need to be changed. The unit is supplied complete and is ready to plug in, including exhaust arm, 5 m mains cable, and mains plug. Grip and cable clamps complete the unit.
The exhaust arm consists of an easily movable inner carrier rod system with spring support and outer glass fibre hose with welded-in steel wire spiral. The exhaust arm can be rotated through 360° and can be put into any position within its working range. |
