This stationary welding smoke filter with 2 exhaust arms is suited for the use at two different working places at the same time. It is a costsaving alternative to two separate units. The integrated damper in the hood allows to adapt the air flow to the individual requirements at each arm. A simultaneous working is possible but in this case the suction capacity reduces by half. On the other hand you can close the damper at one arm, then you get full capacity at the other arm.

The unit is equipped with two exhaust arms in various lengths, both rotatable separately.

Filter and filter capacity correspond to the exhaust unit mentioned at side: profi, wall-mounted, 1 arm

Accessories:
The unit can also be equipped with workstation lights in the fume hood and automatic start-stop. The operation is located in the separate control box, too.

A longer exhaust arm has a higher air resistance. This is certainly noticed when you use both of the exhaust arms at the same time. The suction capacity reduces and does not achieve the requirements. Therefore the extraction volume has to be adapted to the welding application, the material and the process and we recommend to choose the unit with the higher capacity.

Exhausting units with 2 arms which are longer than 4 m are only available with a higher ventilator and motor capacity. Filter and filter capacity correspond to the exhaust unit mentioned at the tope.
