Heat Protection Blankets

THD-600 – Heat Protection Blankets made of glass fabrics, heat-resistant up to 550°C*/600°C**

• THD-600 is a glass fabric coated on both sides with grey polyurethane filled with aluminium and shows good flame-resistant characteristics.
• Weight: approx. 720 g/m²
• Standard width: 1.000 mm
• Colour: grey-silver
• Tried and tested against welding splashes,
  welding and grinding spatters.
• The blankets are hemmed on all sides, without eyelets.

THD-900 - Heat Protection Blankets made of finished glass fabrics, heat-resistant up to for 750°C*/900°C**

The special finish of THD-900 has a high content of silica acide, which improves the protection against welding splashes, spatters and welding beads. The viscosity of the beads increases during contact with the material and will be fixed into the fabrics.

THD-1100 - Heat Protection Blankets made of glass fabrics, heat-resistant up to 1000°C*/1100°C**

• THV-1100 is a glass fabric made of silica-glass
• with a temperature resistance of more than 1000°C
• The fabric is additionally finished with a special vermiculite formulation. This finish increases the abrasion and flame resistance and shows an improved cutting resistance.
• Weight: approx. 1100 g/m²
• Standard width: 920 mm
• Colour: golden-brown
• Tried and tested against welding splashes, welding and grinding spatters.
