TransTac strips are indispensible in applications where material or workpieces are transported into or out of the welding cabins and ensure the safe movement of workpieces. Due to the overlap the strips part easily to pass through and close back on themselves again afterwards, thus preventing arcs or sparks from exiting the cabin. The material is easily cut with a plate shear or sharp utility knife.

Standard Strips

Clear T0 strip material rolls, Standard Quality; Rolls of 50 m

Clear curtain or strip material (not suitable for arc welding) protects against grinding, moisture, dust, cold and draught. The standard quality is suitable for a temperature range of -20 °C to + 50 °C used for standard requirements.

Clear T0 cold-resistant strips – material rolls – rolls of 50

These cold-resistant strips are used where temperatures between -45 °C and +20 °C are encountered. This material is especially used in areas where the temperature is below -20 °C. Field of application: Cold-storage depot, separation of cold passageways in the food processing industry.

Clear T0 antistatic strips – material rolls – rolls of 50 m

These antistatic strips are mainly used where an increased requirement to dust protection is necessary for example in dust-free rooms.

Due to the addition of additives the film resistivity is decreased to approx. 2,03 x 1012 Ohm. Therefore this material can be used in rooms with electrostatic risks provided that all elements are connected numerously with the ground. In the course of time this product loses its antistatic effects by the diffusion of its flexibilizer and its antistatic additives. We urgently recommend a regular examination of the resistivity when the PVC films are used in sensitive areas.
